Changing the status quo isn’t easy, but when 89% of workers don’t have childcare benefits, opportunity awaits. Earlier this spring, a group of advocates and experts in the childcare industry gathered for a panel discussion about the childcare crisis. Led by Christina Sturdivant Sani, editorial director and co-founder of Bloc By Block News, the panel discussed the roots of the childcare crisis, solutions, and tips for advocacy, including strategies and tools to help anyone ready to step up and make a change in their workplace.
Panelists:
Leslie Borrell, Founder and CEO of Carefully
Cait Zogby, Chamber of Mothers/Keep Company Founding Mother
Liat Krawczyk, Childcare Innovation Lab VP and VP of Economic Mobility at the New York City Economic Development Corporation
